It was an interesting Match day 1 of NNL25 at the Awka City Stadium as Edel football club of Anambra with their new Coach Ndubuisi Ndah were beaten by a more Organized and determined side Abia Comets Fc of Umuahia being tutored by Coach Okechukwu Ejeh
Chinaza Miracle and Emeka Maduka scored in the 60th and 62nd minute as Abia Comets came from behind to defeat Edel FC, in the Nigeria National League (NNL) Southern Conference A Matchday 1 encounter on Sunday.
It was a massive all round performance from all the Players. Yet Goal keeper Sunday Odoani stood out with wonderful saves during the game, Though he Conceded a goal from a Corner kick earlier in the game, he made sure that's the only Goal Edel Fc will score in the Game
This is the First win of the season for Abia Comets Fc and the second win against Edel Fc this few months.
