NZE OBIDI ONYEZIA Elected as The President of Azu Ogbunike Village Union

After a tough but peaceful and successful election, that happened on Easter Monday the 1st Day of April 2024 The General assembly of Azu Ogbunike Village Union elected NZE OBIDI ONYEZIA as the President/Chairman of the Village. 

He defeated his tough rivals to emerge the President, and will take over the staff of authority from  Chief Obinna Igwenagu .

Azu Ogbunike is a Village in Ogbunike,Oyi Local Government Area of Anambra State

Immediately after the Election,The newly elected AVU Executives  addressed  the Joyous AVU General Assembly assuring them of a Good and Transparent Government. 

The Newly elected Chairman also commended the people for being Peaceful and of good conduct  during the electioneering process and election proper.

The Chairman equally promised the General assembly that his tenure will provide the people of Azu Ogbunike with sound and progressive leadership.
